16/08 The Clerk has passed on the copy of ‘Clerks & Councils Direct’ magazine for circulation

16/09 2) Land along A44 belonging to Mr P Foster – Chairman spoke with Mr Foster outlining the Council’s proposals and has advised Councillors of his reaction and has arranged an Extraordinary Council Meeting to refine our ideas to present formally to Mr Foster.

16/10 Highways – The Clerk spoke with Balfour Beatty to ascertain why SIDS still not working. Clerk waiting for Balfour Beatty to respond.

16/10 Highways – Cllr Piggott has restored the grit bin in Wacton Lane to an upright position.

16/11 Technology – A ‘mugshot’ photograph provided by Cllr Piggott has now been uploaded onto the Parish Council’s website. A ‘mugshot’ for Cllr Gwynn is still awaited.

16/12 Training – A date for in-house training has now been provided to the Parish Councillors

16/12 Training  – The training session scheduled for Wednesday 24th February was cancelled by HALC

16/13 Lengthsman Scheme – The Chairman has made contact twice with Mr. John Poyner to try to arrange a day and time for a meeting. To date Mr Poyner has not confirmed a day or time. This item is on the Agenda for the meeting on 17th March 2016.

16/14 Defibrillator – The Chairman has designed and produced a ‘flyer’ and a supply of these have been given to each Councillor for distribution.
