Reporting road issues – a plea
As a reminder (and except where community members are unable to ring in or raise online themselves) PLEASE encourage reporting directly by the person who has identified the problem themselves using one of the options above. This helps speed up the report and to avoid duplication; gets the location exactly right or gives an option to speak to the ‘witness’ directly to confirm the site; aids the triage of the most serious network safety issues which can then be attended and resolved first.
